nobody Posted January 24, 2006 Posted January 24, 2006 Put Favre on the Bills and Gregg Williams is still the head coach of the Bills. The coach has to work with the players he has. Jauron didn't have much to work with on the last 2 teams he has worked for and those teams records and offensive & defensive rankings show that. For the most part he was not able to get his teams to overachieve. He is now coming into another situation where he doesn't have much to work.
