But with that said I do like the fact that he is extremely intelligent and that he actually played football and has prior head coaching experience. Most importantly he is also a man of high character. The Bills probelm will not be the head coach but the O and D coordinators. You can only motivate millionaires so much. What gets you to the playoffs is good schemes, technique and ability. I guess what Im saying is that Im willing to give him a shot but they better get a good O and D coordinator.
