The idea is that Ralph was going to be willing to pay Sherman what he wanted but the sticking point was JP???? Why would JP be the sticking point? The only reason I can read in the Grey area is that SHerman liked JP and could do somthing with him and probably wants him to start. Where the Organization might feel different about JP and is not in the starting plans for the foreseeeable future. The other factors might b tha Jauron was willing to let Marv be the deciding factor on his assitants where Sherman would want full control over who does work for him.
