"Speaking of Wells, he gave us some interesting nuggets today... Any player involved in a fight in practice will be fined $610 dollars. Why not just $600 or $650? Wells went on to explain that Dick Jauron likes those weird numbers. Last year Wells was late for practice one day because of a snow storm and was fined $495. If a player is over weight, he’s fined $151 per pound. Other fineable offenses include riding a motorcycle and chewing tobacco. Jauron is either stupid (probably not, as he played at Yale) or exceedingly willing to build for the future at the likely cost of the present. His team (15-9-1 as an underdog) has usually fought hard for him, even though many players have objected to his insistence on playing the youthful and unpopular Cade McNown at QB." - Source
