Bash_Gash Posted January 23, 2006 Posted January 23, 2006 I am not a big fan of this decision, but as we know good co-ordinators can make a decent coach a very good coach. IF JAURON hires OC Caldwell and DC Capers/Bates the total package coaching will be a very good staff.
