sven233 Posted January 22, 2006 Posted January 22, 2006 For those watching the game........that was VERY BAD OFFICIATING!!! Ton not even review that goal is just pathetic.
gordong Posted January 22, 2006 Posted January 22, 2006 The whole game has been a joke.....It's games like this that really make me wonder if officials don't get paid off. It sickening..
sven233 Posted January 22, 2006 Author Posted January 22, 2006 I have seen just about every game this year and this one, by far, has been the worst officiated game of the season.....
PromoTheRobot Posted January 22, 2006 Posted January 22, 2006 Saturday night hockey game is any Canadian city? You can forget about the refs cutting you any slack. Can't spoil the drunk canucks party! PTR
coloradobillsfan Posted January 22, 2006 Posted January 22, 2006 RJ said something about a communications malfunction with toronto and they're sorry but the goal should not have counted
sven233 Posted January 22, 2006 Author Posted January 22, 2006 Doesn't help us much on the scoreboard......
Corp000085 Posted January 22, 2006 Posted January 22, 2006 RJ said something about a communications malfunction with toronto and they're sorry but the goal should not have counted 577138 well, that only took 6 and a half years

taterhill Posted January 22, 2006 Posted January 22, 2006 RJ said something about a communications malfunction with toronto and they're sorry but the goal should not have counted 577138 that makes me feel better
SACTOBILLSFAN Posted January 22, 2006 Posted January 22, 2006 They played like ass tonight, and did not deserve to win, but that was a pathetic piece of "officiating" especially not reviewing the f-ing thing.
kasper13 Posted January 22, 2006 Posted January 22, 2006 Calgary and Vancouver are the best home teams in the Western Conference. They are just monsters on their home ice. Sabres are still a step behind the elite teams in the NHL. Regier needs to make a trade to improve the team right now. That said, the officiating has been bad against the Sabres for awhile now, culminating in the farce that took place last night. A total home job for Calgary. A complete joke. Why does a league official IN Toronto have to make a decision about a play IN CALGARY? The TWO Referees, TWO Linesmen, the goal judge and the 3 or 4 guys up in the replay booth couldn't see the player clearly kicked the puck in the net? If the Sabres complain (and I have seen it happen this season- a team complains and the refs look at it) the refs should take a look at the replay jusat to be sure. If it was the other way, you can bet a trillion dollars (or $19.56 canadian) that the refs would have looked at the replay and took the goal away from the Sabres. The next 7 games leading into the Olympics will tell alot about the Sabres, in my opinion. AT the Rangers, Leafs and Thrashers and home against Philly, Ottawa, Montreal and the dreaded Florida Panthers. They need to win 4 out 7 and get points in 5 of 7 to keep pace and hold on to the 4th spot at the break. After the olympics, it's 28 games in 49 days and then believe it or not, the playoffs! First playoff game of any kind in Buffalo since May of 2001. JP Dumont should be back Tuesday at the Rangers. GO SABRES!
LabattBlue Posted January 22, 2006 Posted January 22, 2006 First playoff game of any kind in Buffalo since May of 2001. 577422 It's hard to believe that the Bills/Sabres have been so bad for the last few years. Here's hoping for an exciting playoff run!!!
X. Benedict Posted January 22, 2006 Posted January 22, 2006 There are moments in the NHL when you say to yourself, this is a Bush League. Last night was one of them.
