vinuch Posted January 20, 2006 Posted January 20, 2006 By narrow margin you mean? Who else is even close to his cridentials (sp?), right now. Not Cappers, Jauron, or Lofton.
TheBigCheese Posted January 20, 2006 Posted January 20, 2006 Gouda day to you from TheBigCheese, Bills fans! I think Sherman would be a great fit for y'all, but many of you already know that. I sure hope it happens - it makes good sense. Of course in GB, we all thought it made too much sense for Ted Thompson to hire Jim Bates as HC and it didn't happen. I'll post more of my thoughts on Shermy in the designated thread up top.
Fan in San Diego Posted January 20, 2006 Posted January 20, 2006 It's a no brainer to hire Sherman. His record is impressive ! Comes from another small market town in the cold. A good fit if you ask me !
Buffalo Baumer Posted January 20, 2006 Author Posted January 20, 2006 I am just hoping that these next interviews are for the coordinator slots. If that is the case then the Bills could have some serious talent behind the scenes. Just hoping i guess
Tortured Soul Posted January 20, 2006 Posted January 20, 2006 By narrow margin you mean? Who else is even close to his cridentials (sp?), right now. Not Cappers, Jauron, or Lofton. 575449[/snapback] Credentials are just one part of it. But that's why you have interviews - to find out more tyhan just a stat sheet can show you. has Sherman peeked as a first-round playoff coach, or can he do better? Which coordinator can build a team, etc.?
vinuch Posted January 20, 2006 Posted January 20, 2006 Buffalo Baumer Posted Today, 01:34 PM I am just hoping that these next interviews are for the coordinator slots. If that is the case then the Bills could have some serious talent behind the scenes. Just hoping i guess I to think that all the rest of these interviews are for coordinator jobs. I mean really why would you bring in a James Lofton for your head coaching job, OC maybe, Recievers coach probably, not head coach. The yjust brought him in for the head coaching job so it looks good on his resume.
