MartyBall4Buffalo Posted January 20, 2006 Posted January 20, 2006 Dolphins | Team to interview Mularkey Friday Thu, 19 Jan 2006 16:00:26 -0800 The Atlanta Journal-Constitution reports the Miami Dolphins are expected to interview former Buffalo Bills head coach Mike Mularkey for their vacant offensive coordinator position Friday, Jan. 20.
PromoTheRobot Posted January 20, 2006 Posted January 20, 2006 MM: Okay, Nick. I F'd up the Bills like you told me to. Now do I get to be OC? Saban: Mike, you were supposed to STAY with the Bills, not quit, you idiot! MM: Damn, I can NEVER get it right! PTR
BEAST MODE BABY! Posted January 20, 2006 Posted January 20, 2006 How good is their fullback at catching passes?
bills_fan Posted January 20, 2006 Posted January 20, 2006 Oh please, please hire him Saban!!! I can see it now, Bills down by four at Miami in the 4th quarter, Miami about to score the insurance TD against us....Ricky Williams takes the handoff, he's trying to throw, intercepted by McGee and its off to the races...boy what a stupid call!!!
Frez Posted January 20, 2006 Posted January 20, 2006 Mike Martz could end up being the O Cord for Miami. How would you like that?
zow2 Posted January 20, 2006 Posted January 20, 2006 You gotta admit, sitting back in the weeds as the OC in sunny Miami, up in the booth instead of freezing on the sidelines in Buffalo with all the pressure, media, fans blasting you at every turn...sounds intriguing.
OnTheRocks Posted January 20, 2006 Posted January 20, 2006 How good is their fullback at catching passes? 574751
Tipster19 Posted January 20, 2006 Posted January 20, 2006 It seems like a good fit. Saban likes to hire/reemploy quitters. At least Ricky has a reasonable excuse, he's on drugs.
BEAST MODE BABY! Posted January 20, 2006 Posted January 20, 2006 574781 Just make sure you pm Kelly the Fair and Balanced Dog that you thought that was funny, Ok?
/dev/null Posted January 20, 2006 Posted January 20, 2006 he may have been an assclown of a HC, but he was still a pretty good OC. and if he becomes Miami's OC we'll have to face him twice a year, he'll know exactly what the Bills' defensive weaknesses are, and he'll definitely have a chip on his shoulder
RuntheDamnBall Posted January 20, 2006 Posted January 20, 2006 You gotta admit, sitting back in the weeds as the OC in sunny Miami, up in the booth instead of freezing on the sidelines in Buffalo with all the pressure, media, fans blasting you at every turn...sounds intriguing. 574776 No wonder Ricky came back.
Beerstm Posted January 20, 2006 Posted January 20, 2006 How good is their fullback at catching passes? 574751 double cover the FB in the Red Zone!!!
Ramius Posted January 20, 2006 Posted January 20, 2006 he may have been an assclown of a HC, but he was still a pretty good OC. and if he becomes Miami's OC we'll have to face him twice a year, he'll know exactly what the Bills' defensive weaknesses are, and he'll definitely have a chip on his shoulder 574787 And we'll know exactly how he calls a game. When chambers and booker come out fo the game, you know its a run. When he sits Rickey and Ronnie on 3rd down in favor of travis minor, you know the draw is coming. 4th and 1? look for anything but a run. This may be good for the bills. If the fins hire meathead as OC, we know they'll be drafting devon hester with their 1st rounder.
