Yet many rumored him to be a candidate for almost all of the openings.

 

I'm mildy surprised he wasn't even called in by the Bills. Maybe not everyone is convinced that he has turned around the Ravens' offense.

Boy did his star fall fast.  Not just the Bills, but no one is talking to him.

 

What happened to him?  Did those pictures of him and the sheep at the combines get out?

I can see MM going this same way....I think people are getting wary of such

coaches who have no control over their teams....I remember Fassel too took

over calling the plays in his last season with the Giants.....What all these teams

need is a guy who can come and give a kick up their ass...

Yeah but Fassell did take a team to the Super Bowl. Thats a little bit more to put on a resume than MM has to go on. For a coach that 5 years ago took a team to the Super Bowl and other years, made the playoff, and not not even mentioned is a surprise. Particually when you consider how teams tend to recycle through the same coaches repeatedly.
