However, I'm too impatient sometimes. I'd rather see a thorough search that takes 3 weeks and have them come up with the right guy. I'll listen to/read the rumors, but it means little to me.

Just seems so many people are searching over and over and yearing to be the "one to break the news first"

What am I supposed to do with this "insider" information. Just my 2 cents. Now if the "insider" information is something that would not normally make it to the public eye, that would be a different story.
