I honestly can't remember a kick that was so incredibly bad.

Darin Erstad's titanic hook for the national championship will always be the standard. It was way out of his range, but it landed out of bounds.

Vanderjagt is like Reggie Jackson - Mr. October.

If you saw the texan kicker kris brown miss his kcik to send a game into overtime, you would have seen a worse kick. That kick wasnt nearly as bad as the kick kris brown kicked.

And wasn't it Van der Jagt who said the Colts would never win the big one because Manning was a choker? Oh the irony!

Followed by Manning yesterday stating in his post-game press conference that he should have had better protection.

Manning was right on with that one. The Steeler blitz was in Manning's face nearly every time they sent it at him.

The problem wasn't the Steelers blitz, they were getting plenty of pressure on him early with a standard rush. They didn't really need to send extra rushers until later in the game when their thin DLine started to wear down a bit, especially after Peyton went no-huddle.

The real problem was that the Colts offensive line was freaking horrible. They were the single worst unit on the field for either team and imo cost the Colts their season.

What the hell is wrong with you, Simon? It's Manning's fault because he's a choke artist, will never win the big one and he isn't Tom Brady! :pirate:

Haven't you been paying attention?
