Bring it on boys. Peyton went 22/38 for 290 yards and a TD :::

BUT:

1) His offensive line play was terrible. Peyton could'nt block anybody

2) His defensive line play was hideous ... couldnt stop anybody on 4th and inches and 4th and 1

3) His cornerback play didnt help either letting the TE's get open so many times.

Jeez Indi ... trade the bum to the Bills.

Peyton make playcalls for the last drive. The calls on 2nd and 2 and 3rd and two were horrible... when you know all you needed was a FG to tie. With three timeouts left they coudl have ran the ball for a first down, and gotten a little closer for the idiot liquored up kicker.

Peyton had two dropped INTs one was a horrible call. He did crap.

Just checked - no news on the conversation yet.

We had this conversation last night, Manning is good, but he loses the big games because he plays tight and over-thinks.

His stat line was more impressive than his decsions today. He was miserable.

But it was not all his fault. Pittsburgh played great, and you gotta give credit where credit is due.

The thing is Manning is the highest paid player on the team and is in the top 5 paid players in the entire league. The pressure and expectations fall squarely on his shoulders.

His ridiculously huge salary makes it difficult for the Colts to acquire quality free agents. They will most certainly lose a huge part of their puzzle in Reggie Wayne (who led the team in receptions, 1 ahead of Marvin Harrison) and possibly other big names like Edge (can't continue to franchise the bastard every year). Coaching may have been a big reason that the Colts lost this game but Manning made a lot of questionable decisions when it mattered the most.

This was the Colts' best chance at making it to the Super Bowl and they just couldn't do it. He could've went 30/30 and 2 touchdowns but the ONLY stat that matters is the final score. I don't care how sweet his stats are which you seem to be fixated on.
