Blue Chipper Posted January 15, 2006 Posted January 15, 2006 Indy knows that Pitt is running the ball and still cant stop them. Big O-lines dominate smaller quick D-lines. Simple as that. Colts have 8 or 9 i the box. This drive by Pitt is a championship drive. Two 4th down runs for 1st downs. Clock is ticking on the Indy season.
daquixers_is_back Posted January 15, 2006 Posted January 15, 2006 There is no doubt that Pitt's 0-line is better than Indi's D-line ... but what I dont understand is why the d-coordinator did not put more than 4-5 players on the line during 4th and 1? Its the playoffs, you have 9 minutes left in the 4th, and your down by 11. Stack the friggin line. They nearly got Bettis down with the 4 or 5 man front .. if they had a couple more guys they would have saved themselves a good 2 minutes.
