John from Riverside Posted January 13, 2006 Posted January 13, 2006 Not that I blame you my bills brothers and sisters....it seems like we have been burned so many times since Marve (and then Wade wasn't bad) To me this is the bottom line - Talent wins games.....also having game plans that fit team strengths goes a long way towards winning games. - Head Coaches live or die by the assistant coaches they bring on board....MM didn't do badly with a few of his assistants....but the 2 MOST IMPORTANT ones were failures in Clement (god wtf) and Gray (who basically ran an autopiloted defense from Lebeau Choose wisely Ralph and Marv......and be ready to pull out the pocketbook
