Crap Throwing Monkey Posted January 13, 2006 Posted January 13, 2006 Nobody shows up at the podium at the Ralph, to announce that Marv Levy has resigned...... 565387 I heard a rumor on WGR that the podium's thoroughly exasperated with this sh-- and is announcing its resignation at 4pm anyway.

JinVA Posted January 13, 2006 Posted January 13, 2006 Bill Podium wants to come back to Buffalo. 565619 boooooooo!!
X. Benedict Posted January 13, 2006 Posted January 13, 2006 I just hope the new podium has big league podium experience. The last thing we need is a college podium.
Mark VI Posted January 13, 2006 Posted January 13, 2006 WGR is reporting the podium did step down today and is being replaced by a more economical soap box.
Heels20X6 Posted January 13, 2006 Posted January 13, 2006 WGR is reporting the podium did step down today and is being replaced by a more economical soap box. 565760 The newest podium to be offered the position at Ralph Wilson is veteran secondary podium from Jacksonville, unknown to the public, but known within the tight podium inner circle of the NFL. Lots of experience in developing new podiums.

The Tomcat Posted January 13, 2006 Posted January 13, 2006 The podium is a former computer games programmer....perhaps you've heard of some of his work...mostly known for the Simm-posium.
Ramius Posted January 13, 2006 Posted January 13, 2006 Word is that the podium is having trouble finding a top-flight microphone to attach to it. The majority of out of work microphones want to work with a podium in a more stable situation.

There's only 32 NFL head podiums in the entire world...
The Avenger Posted January 13, 2006 Posted January 13, 2006 Dear God, please don't let us bring in another podium on the basis of "a great interview"!
Ramius Posted January 13, 2006 Posted January 13, 2006 Dear God, please don't let us bring in another podium on the basis of "a great interview"! 565807 Someone should have checked out the last podium when we brought it in. We were told it was oak, and it turned out to be particle board. No wonder it caved in after a little bit of pressure.
inkman Posted January 13, 2006 Posted January 13, 2006 Dear God, please don't let us bring in another podium on the basis of "a great interview"! That poddium would be spelled with two d's.
crazyDingo Posted January 13, 2006 Posted January 13, 2006 I dont know how the last podium did it, what with someone always looking over his shoulder.

Crap Throwing Monkey Posted January 13, 2006 Posted January 13, 2006 Mark Clayton was just on ESPN. He said that the reports that the podium left because of local detractors in the media are BS. The real reason the podium left is because, with so many of the front office execs working out of town, the podium had no chance to succeed. He also said that Bledsoe carried this podium, and it's no coincidence the podium's leaving now that Drew's in Dallas.
