tennesseeboy
We seem to be focused only on retread (mostly unsuccessful) NFL head coaches and DC's and OC's . What about college coaches? I'd like to put Mike Leach up for consideration, but wonder if there are others who should be in the mix? new breed of football.

obie_wan
Marv should be on a plane to Iowa to recruit Kirk Ferentz He can do for us what Saban is doing for Miami. He is not actively looking for an NFL job but he has not stated he will refuse to listen.

Just my opinion, not belittling your suggestion. One trick pony as far as I'm concerned. Cares about scoring points period. Defense...afterthought. Special teams...afterthought. That won't get it done in the NFL.
