This entire front office and coaching staff will be completely transformed now. It will be enthusiastic, reliable, and driven to succeed. I think this is a turning point in BB history, and a positive one at that.

He agreed with Raplh to keep MM after gutting his staff. He consistently hired poor to average coordinators the last time he was in charge of the Bills.
