Buffan00 Posted January 13, 2006 Posted January 13, 2006 Makes the most sense...a proven winner...hire this guy!!!!! 564764 Id take him!
SuperBills12 Posted January 13, 2006 Posted January 13, 2006 I'm definetly vying for Sherm...He's an experienced head coach, can tutor JP, and has more tools to work with than he did with Green Bay imo... he also just seems like a buffalo guy to me
swede316 Posted January 13, 2006 Author Posted January 13, 2006 Green Bay to Buffalo dosen't seem like a big leap to me...He's the perfect fit...5 winning seasons...Hell yea!
puppet Posted January 13, 2006 Posted January 13, 2006 He seems qualified. What do people consider to be his strengths vs. weaknesses? I know he's got a winning record - which is great - but I don't know much else. Green Bay dumped him for an OC who's team was 32 in the league! Does anyone know why they made this move?
swede316 Posted January 13, 2006 Author Posted January 13, 2006 I know his players loved him and respected ...He is a leader...period........Something this team has lacked...since Wade....Hopefully Mike won't have a QB controversy
runner Posted January 13, 2006 Posted January 13, 2006 I vote YES !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Sherman seems like he has the right temperment to come into this crazy situation. We need someone with experience who knows how he wants things done....Not someone who is still figuring this whole head coach thing out. Sherman will know what he needs to be successful and has the experience and confidence to tell Ralph and Marv what he needs. Bringing along some of his assistant coaches wouldn't be a bad thing, either.
Coach Tuesday Posted January 13, 2006 Posted January 13, 2006 Nuts. One of the dumbest gameday coaches of all time. Contributes nothing X's and O's wise. The AFC East: Belicheck Saban Mangini Haslett/Sherman ...you guys are nuts.
bernie Posted January 13, 2006 Posted January 13, 2006 I would love to see Mike Sherman as the Bills next head coach, but it will never happen. The Bills are a total mess and getting worst from the top to the bottom. How would want to come to Buffalo and coach now!!
Adam Posted January 13, 2006 Posted January 13, 2006 But Sherman had one losing season- just like the guy who left....and we call for coaches to go after each losing season now
swede316 Posted January 13, 2006 Author Posted January 13, 2006 How would want to come to Buffalo and coach now!! I think you meant "who" ....Why not...Most of these guys are ego driven....Let me make the Bills a winner....and pay me so many millions a year...Ummmm...I'd take the job.

How would want to come to Buffalo and coach now!! 564802 Well they are "X" coaches, so they WILL need a job somewhere!! HHHMMMM! Either coach nowhere, or with the Bills! Lets see!!! Most would take the Bills and try to turn us around!
