firstngoal
He's a quality coordinator and has a solid track record in the league as a coordinator but he;s proven that he's NOT Head Coaching material and that has been proven by the Bears canning him and his failure in his brief stint in Detroit this season when he stepped in for Mariucci. Even Matt Millen decided not to keep him on as Coach after this season. HIRING JAURON WOULD BE ANOTHER SETBACK FOR THIS ORGANIZATION! Better choices: Jim Fassel Mike Sherman Jim Haslett
nick in* england
Can't we just let Marv and Ralph choose who they consider the best candidate for the job? I frankly don't care who gets it. I do know that they'll have by 100% backing when they get the job - so no great shakes whoever it is. End of season will be a different matter. I do care who it is because it may be the difference betwen sinking this ship or bringing it back on course and Ralph needs to spend some money this time on a solid candidate with a proven track record! Period!
Zac
It scares me because of Marv's connections to the Bears.

firstngoal
I had to bring this topic back up again since he's in town for an interview. I'm getting a better feeling for Mike Sherman right now especially if he brings DC Jim Bates with him.
