eball Posted January 13, 2006 Posted January 13, 2006 "Their short list includes Buffalo defensive coordinator Jerry Gray; ex-Bills linebacker and former New Orleans Saints coach Jim Haslett; former Bills, Jets and Vikings defensive coordinator Ted Cottrell; ex-Bears and Lions head coach Dick Jauron; and current Bears defensive coordinator Ron Rivera, whose unit was ranked No. 1 in the NFL this season." I'm about as positive and optimistic as a fan can be, normally, but I don't like this list one bit. And so begin the Dark Days of Buffalo Bills football...

Steven in MD Posted January 13, 2006 Posted January 13, 2006 Haslett, Cottrell or Riveria I can live with.
Fan in San Diego Posted January 13, 2006 Posted January 13, 2006 I like Ron Rivera the most from that list. He has the #1 ranked defense in the NFL this year. That is something to be proud of. Haslett would be #2 since he loves the city of Buffalo and has HC experience.
diver Posted January 13, 2006 Posted January 13, 2006 We have experimented with coaches wanting to become head coach. We need one with some experience.
