Catholic Guilt Posted January 13, 2006 Author Posted January 13, 2006 From ESPN - MM is very unhappy and having a tough time having assistant coaches to come and work for him. See him as a lame duck coach. He wasn't happy his buddy TD got the boot. Jim Haslett is the leading man to for the job.
KOKBILLS Posted January 13, 2006 Posted January 13, 2006 crazy time at TBD! 563764 Same on NFL Network... You know...I Pray and Pray and seemingly nothing happens...Then something like this comes about and reaffirms my my devotion... PS... Adam Shefter said Haslett will be the favorite...
SnakeOiler Posted January 13, 2006 Posted January 13, 2006 great, let's all go learn a new offense, and switch to the 3-4 defense (which would probably be a good idea). "We Suck Again!"
Catholic Guilt Posted January 13, 2006 Author Posted January 13, 2006 Press conference is tomorrow noon at the stadium.
Bear Posted January 13, 2006 Posted January 13, 2006 You know, as much as I don't want Haslett, I am just so happy to be rid of MM! I honestly woudn't bat an eye if they said Tice right now!
hootie1 Posted January 13, 2006 Posted January 13, 2006 http://sports.espn.go.com/nfl/news/story?id=2289987 Mike Mularkey has worked out a contract settlement with the Buffalo Bills and is out as head coach, ESPN.com's John Clayton has confirmed.

SnakeOiler Posted January 13, 2006 Posted January 13, 2006 The fans have power. If you think they don't you're nutz! 563814 At least we know how to get rid of a coach if we don't like him --> just go after his family! HAH HAH HAH
Dante Posted January 13, 2006 Posted January 13, 2006 great, let's all go learn a new offense, and switch to the 3-4 defense (which would probably be a good idea). "We Suck Again!" 563776 Again? You mean still. Not like we have some grand 3 year blueprint to build a dynasty going on here. I just question Haslett as a candidate. What did he do in N.O.? Decent record his first season with the Saints but after that?

His QB stinks (Brooks), good running back who was on IR for most of the season. Add all this to the fiasco called Katrinia. I like his passion for the game. I remember him when he played for the Billygoats and his motor was always running. I think his players will respond likewise. BRING BACK PART OF THE BERMUDA TRIANGLE!!!!!
Stevie Ray Posted January 13, 2006 Posted January 13, 2006 resigned yesterday? http://msn.foxsports.com/nfl/story/5242550
SWOntarioBillsfan Posted January 13, 2006 Posted January 13, 2006 About time. Better we start the season with a new coach then watch him get fired 6 games in
