buffaloboyinATL Posted January 11, 2006 Posted January 11, 2006 I have heard that one of the reasons is because it is likely that the new CBA that will go into effect in 2007, is likely to have a rookie cap included. Does anyone know if this is true? Does anyone else agree that there seems to be more talented underclassmen coming out this year?
Billsjunkie Posted January 11, 2006 Posted January 11, 2006 I know a college football fanatic that told me that its the largest under classmen class yet.

That is indeed a record. He also said it will help teams that pick in the middle to late first round, because good players will drop into their laps because of the sheer number of underclass entering. Maybe Da' Brick will slip to the Bills, or I would love Vernon Davis, the tight end for Maryland to sign with the Bills. What a weapon.
