RuntheDamnBall Posted January 11, 2006 Posted January 11, 2006 (edited) Go Thurman! Edit: just noticed, no RW. Edited January 11, 2006 by RuntheDamnBall
N.Y. Orangeman Posted January 11, 2006 Posted January 11, 2006 Go Thurman! Edit: just noticed, no RW. 561826 Satan's revenge for firing his beloved son, TD.
Guffalo Posted January 11, 2006 Posted January 11, 2006 Tough group, Aikman, White, Derrick Thomas all look to be in, LC Greenwood may get some votes along with John Madden. This is going to be very close vote.
smokinandjokin Posted January 11, 2006 Posted January 11, 2006 Go Thurman! Edit: just noticed, no RW. 561826 That's because Ricky Williams just took a year off, he didn't retire.
Alaska Darin Posted January 11, 2006 Posted January 11, 2006 Nice group. Not a weak sister in the bunch.
RuntheDamnBall Posted January 11, 2006 Posted January 11, 2006 Is he going in as a DOLPHIN.? 561847 Go play in a tuna can somewhere.
BillsGuyInMalta Posted January 11, 2006 Posted January 11, 2006 No love for Andre huh? So let me get this straight...Warren Moon, the Ultimate fancy passer who never won a damn thing in his life (and I'm not talking Superbowl here, I think he won what...2 playoff games in his entire career?) makes the finalist list but Andre doesnt? And Art Monk DOES NOT belong in the Hall of Fame...he belongs in the Hall of Very Good. Monk played for a long time and padded his stats, but never really dominated IMO. He was just...there. Sure, you'd have to gameplan for him, but the guy just never struck me as elite. Same with Warren Moon...neither belong in the HOF. Out of that list, my best guess for the 2006 HOF Class is... Thurman Thomas Troy Aikman John Madden Reggie White L.C. Greenwood
dave mcbride Posted January 11, 2006 Posted January 11, 2006 RW dicked again. 561870 ralph didn't have a good year this year -- no surprise.
BuffaloBud Posted January 11, 2006 Posted January 11, 2006 If I am not mistaken, the Hall of Fame is for all of football - not just the NFL. Thus, I think Moon's sucess in the CFL will be considered (5 CFL championships).

No one gives a rat's ass about the CFL.
Fezmid Posted January 11, 2006 Posted January 11, 2006 No love for Andre huh? Yeah, that's a bit surprising http://www.pro-football-reference.com/players/ReedAn00.htm Among the league's all-time top 50Receptions: 4 Receiving yards: 6 Receiving TDs: 10 Yards from scrimmage: 19 Rush/Receive TDs: 27t CW
OGTEleven Posted January 11, 2006 Posted January 11, 2006 ralph didn't have a good year this year -- no surprise. 561877 Was that serious or sarcastic? I can't decide whether I think it was stupid or lame. Your reply will help me determine my feelings. Thanks in advance.
HopsGuy Posted January 11, 2006 Posted January 11, 2006 Do you think Mark Gaughan will splice together highlights from the championship games against the Dolphins and Chiefs and say "Beat that!"??
