tennesseeboy
I'd have said "no way" but Levy may be the guy who has the say on it and he might very well want Haslett. Do you think Wilson will be willing to pay the bucks necessary to get him as DC? I wonder if Haslett will wait for something better with all of the head coach openings. These positions may be hard to fill with Ralph's decisions to fire assistants rather that head coaches when things go bad. Wade, Williams and apparently Mularky went through this ritual...and it must carry some weight with potential assistant candidates. Mularky's position here must be somewhat tenuous...another reason to think we might have problems in recruiting. Haslett would be a good DC, but I'd be very surprised if we get him...SEE YOU AT FRENCHY'S
scribo
Hasslet, according to Smerlas, may be willing to work for cheap. But if anyone is screwing up the pay scales for assistants, it's Dan Snyder.
Amstel
With all the vacancies out there I find it hard that Haslett will end up a DC and not a HC regardless of his record in New Orleans...
