I agree with a great amount of post that lists the postives as well as the negatives, but hs anyone truly put any thought into their responses or are they just going on gut reaction.

Questions that have been asked:

1.What changes have really been made? One of the best changes I have seen in sports. A split organization one that is adminstrative and the other that is purely football related. Anyone who works in management knows that this improves the overall structure of the Bills allowing more time for the football side to do just that concentrate on football without having to worry about the admistarative BS, other teamns will soon follow the blueprint the Bills are laying out once its proven to succeed. It is a copy cat leaugue.

2. Whos reallyy in charge? Ralph, Marv and Mularkey will be deciding on the staff of Mularkey. I veiw this as a positive so when it goes bad they are all to blame not just the head coach. In addition Marv has proven experince in hiring truly qualified assitants to his staff which will be very valuable to Mularkey.

I also like hearing the fact that every one will be working together in the draft room to get the best charachter guys for our BUFFALO team.

What i have collected and inferred from the press confrence is that it will be a team effort and if managemnt and coaches are going to be working as a team the team should be working as a team. outside of our defense we havent had a team unity in a long time and I truly believe this is one of the things the MArv definately brings to the table TEAM and teams wins SUPERBOWLS or atleast appear in 4 straight.

THe best thing I like about all of this is the fact that Marv has one last chance to take us to a SUPERBOWL and hopefully win he brings that tyoe of credibility to the team and its that tyoe of credibility that inspires players such as PArcells and Gibbs to name a couple.

Finally everyone is really overating a true GM alot of coaches are essentially the GMS that push to get the players the want for their team, and usually have a hard time handling both the coaching duties and GM duties .

Lets see how free agenct, the draft and preseason goes before we cook all the decisons that have been made.

The vast majority called for the heads of TD CLements and GRAY we have that wish granted. I like the new mind trust of the Bills am not completley sure that MM is incapable of succeeding as a head coach withou one more year without TD. We are so quick to forget that he rallied his team from a 1-4 start to finish 9-7 one game shy of the playoffs his first year. He had a rough second year and all caoches go through rough spots ask Bellechik he was fired from the browns and on his way to a third losing season with the pats before Bledsoe left and a dynasty was born.

Good post. Everyone who follows the Bills, actually anything Buffalo-related, knows that twisty feeling in their guts just before disaster happens. We are all just punchy. Hope for the best, expect the worst. Ahhhh, Western New York, the armpit of Luck.
