i like Capers as a DC and Norv Turner as a OC.

so lets just say for the sake of playing along that is what happens.

then you have two seasoned coaches being lead by a JV Head Coach.

not sure that will work out too well for very long.

Get him up here!

He is no HC but he did very well in Pittsburgh.  I think he would fit in here well and turn some things around as a cord.

Oh God, please, no one else from Pittsburgh for awhile. Now Norv Turner as OC, that sounds interesting. How's about Haslett as DC?

The distraction of having Haz as MM's "replacement in waiting" would be too great, IMO.

I disagree about him as not being a head coach- he has been in some tough situations, and did very well in Carolina (especially w/Polian)

Houston has been a disaster from the beginning

Fellas, one problem here:

Even if any of these big names were willing to accept a coordinator position when about 9 HC vacancies are available, Ralphie would have to be willing to pay him.

Ralphie has a funny thing about paying coaches - you think he'd be so googly eyed over Mularkey if there were only 1 year left on his contract?
