sfladave Posted January 5, 2006 Posted January 5, 2006 WOW! Â That kid made a statement tonight! Â My hat off to him, very impressive!
The Jokeman Posted January 5, 2006 Posted January 5, 2006 WOW! That kid made a statement tonight!  My hat off to him, very impressive! 554692 I know he's said that he wants to stay at Texas but after tonight he might want to change his mind, as I don't think his stock will be this high next year.
sfladave Posted January 5, 2006 Posted January 5, 2006 Can he possibly think about not declaring for the 06 draft? Â Don't forget the 07 CBA will probably have minimum rookie signing bonus stipulations.
Draconator Posted January 5, 2006 Posted January 5, 2006 I wanted USC to win badly, but I'm posting in this thread, simply because Vince Young proved tonight that he is the best player in college football, and the best QB in a long time. Leinart had a great game, but with the game on the line, VY stepped up in an amazing way. Â So, lets have some fun, and assume that Vince is going to come out in this years draft. Let the threads begin on how the Bills can trade up to get him!
Fan in San Diego Posted January 5, 2006 Posted January 5, 2006 Forget Matt Leinart. Draft Vince Young that guy can flat out play !
daquixers_is_back Posted January 5, 2006 Posted January 5, 2006 I dont think that USC realized what a QB spy was ... or they used one and he was very in-effective. Â Young will not be able to Roam as easily in the NFL ... but still a great talent none the less.
Draconator Posted January 5, 2006 Posted January 5, 2006 To be honest, this one fact impressed me with VY the most. Â When he scored with :19 left to go, no wild celebrations. No chest thumpings. He just unbuckled his chin strap, and calmly lined up to get the 2 point conversion. Only when the clock was at :00, is when he let it all out. To me, that shows that he is nothing else but a pros-pro.

34-78-83 Posted January 5, 2006 Posted January 5, 2006 So maybe the Titans now pass up on DaBrick and he falls a little further? Â Â I can dream
East Brady Posted January 5, 2006 Posted January 5, 2006 It's all BUSH'S fault!!!!!!!!!!! Â Â Vince young have a good time playing for Houston!!!!!!!! Â Â Â Matt Leinart has a noodle arm...............
sfladave Posted January 5, 2006 Posted January 5, 2006 So maybe the Titans now pass up on DaBrick and he falls a little further?I can dream 554721 My fingers are crossed.  edit: or more accurately my crossed fingers are on the clock.
Rico Posted January 5, 2006 Posted January 5, 2006 So if you're Houston - in Texas - who do you want at #1?  Carr & Bush or Young & Davis  Tough call for Casserley.
Thailog80 Posted January 5, 2006 Posted January 5, 2006 What a ball player. His stock is going to go through the roof.

Especially if the Jets can get a pick out of KC if let Edwards move on.
buffaloboyinATL Posted January 5, 2006 Posted January 5, 2006 that was amazing. If he comes out, I can't see the Texans passing on him.
sweet baboo Posted January 5, 2006 Posted January 5, 2006 i generally can't stand the rushing qb's, but he owned tonight and came off looking like a class act
maverick544 Posted January 5, 2006 Posted January 5, 2006 its all USC's Linebackers fault, they are way too small. How can a 130lb linebacker tackle a 6'6 monster.

Cha-ching!
