Bill from NYC Posted January 4, 2006 Posted January 4, 2006 " This Bills PC brought to you by the makers of Depends and Ensure. You are NEVER too old ! " 552100 Stop being negative. This has the potential to bring about a great shuffleboard tournament.
R. Rich Posted January 4, 2006 Posted January 4, 2006 Haha!! Thing w/ all this is, if you're going to make changes to improve the team, just make them.
Chalkie Gerzowski Posted January 4, 2006 Posted January 4, 2006 That article says the Bills will make some decions today.
R. Rich Posted January 4, 2006 Posted January 4, 2006 That article says the Bills will make some decions today. 552111 Look again. They changed it.
CoachChuckDickerson Posted January 4, 2006 Posted January 4, 2006 Look again. They changed it. 552117 Just checked. The article is actually titled "Bills' front office decisions expected Wednesday"
rockpile Posted January 4, 2006 Posted January 4, 2006 More drama by the Bills' front office. "We're going to make a decision soon. Maybe today.....or tomorrow.......stay tuned." 552085 Although prepared for martyrdom, I preferred that it be postponed. Sir Winston Churchill
Mark VI Posted January 4, 2006 Author Posted January 4, 2006 Look again. They changed it. 552117 They sure did change the wording ! Someone made a quick call. The original article said Marv was the new GM. 30 minutes later, it was changed.
Beerball Posted January 4, 2006 Posted January 4, 2006 Assistant general manager Tom Modrak will remain with team and oversee the personnel department, but will keep his principal residence in Jacksonville, Fla., Mortensen reported. That stick in anyone else's craw?
buffalo mike2 Posted January 4, 2006 Posted January 4, 2006 That stick in anyone else's craw? 552166 Yes- If Modrak is not going to be the GM, and niether is Levy- then who is??? Still hope that Malarkey goes down.....
Bill from NYC Posted January 4, 2006 Posted January 4, 2006 That stick in anyone else's craw? 552166 Indeed. I have a real problem with this.
The Quebecer Posted January 4, 2006 Posted January 4, 2006 Yes- If Modrak is not going to be the GM, and niether is Levy- then who is???Still hope that Malarkey goes down..... 552176 Maybe Marc Ross!
Beerball Posted January 4, 2006 Posted January 4, 2006 Yes- If Modrak is not going to be the GM, and niether is Levy- then who is???Still hope that Malarkey goes down..... 552176 I'm actually assuming Modrak gets the title (which in itself makes me nervous). It's the J Fla part that pisses me off, if true. How can he do a full time job in Buffalo if he's living in Florida? I don't like that one little bit.
Mark VI Posted January 4, 2006 Author Posted January 4, 2006 Indeed. I have a real problem with this. 552181 I don't. He's the head scout and only needs to file reports on his laptop. Show up for the draft, offer advice and maybe visit camp. Otherwise, scounting on the road is his primary job.
The Tomcat Posted January 4, 2006 Posted January 4, 2006 I heard from a bus driver Doug Flutie would be the new GM....and Head Coach!!! Opps sorry...I meant Teddy Bruschi......
