You fight tooth and nail for the first guy, be willing to go down on your sword for him up until the last second, and it's a lot easier to not let your second and third guy go, like Tom Clements or Jerry Gray or whoever else he wants to keep that Ralph wants to exterminate.
thisiskeith12 Posted January 4, 2006 Posted January 4, 2006 Rusty is one of the best respected and experienced Strength Coach. Tack that on to another that TD has run out of town

LabattBlue Posted January 4, 2006 Posted January 4, 2006 F*** Brad Roll. All I care about is that my main man Chuck Lester doesn't get the axe! Hang in there Chuck and keep on doing whatever it is you do.

34-78-83 Posted January 4, 2006 Posted January 4, 2006 I know at one point he was in charge of all self scouting / team tendencies and statistical evaluations of the team. I'm pretty sure he's had different roles as well. He is a flanders-looking guy though isn't he?

Instant look-up and retrieval. you sort of have to be a real specialist to do this stuff. Can't just walk in get it done. Plus he works 18 hour days almost every day of the year. Like Bobby April, he likes what he does and is manic about it. So that's why he is always there, but sometimes (like another post discussion) you get too good and noone wants to promote you.
