What I find kind of odd is that if RW was promising "structural changes", it would seem he already knows who is coming and who is staying. Why wait so long to keep TD, if he is, presumably, the one getting the ax!

i just edited my original post - guy will be fired before donohoe is replaced. i'm sure that whoever the gm will be will want his own person.

he's been the director of pro personnel since donohoe arrived (he effectively replaced a.j. smith).
