firstngoal Posted January 3, 2006 Posted January 3, 2006 While surfing the web tonight I found this interesting tidbit. http://www.eastcoastsportsnews.com/2006Draft.html I'm hoping it's not true because Mullarkey needs to go!
Zac Posted January 3, 2006 Posted January 3, 2006 I highly doubt any decision has been made about his future yet.
Corp000085 Posted January 3, 2006 Posted January 3, 2006 way to go with that 15 year old girl created website... I'm sure Mike Mullarkey's job is safe, but we're all left to wonder about Mike Mularkey's job.

Fuggin' POS locked up my browser, just so I can read some crap about "Mullarkey"... If they can't spell the name right - chances are you are reading a bunch of crap.
ajzepp Posted January 3, 2006 Posted January 3, 2006 I don't put much faith in sites that can't even spell names correctly. And as far as I know, Ralph Wilson has NOT specifically said that TD will be fired.
Sound_n_Fury Posted January 3, 2006 Posted January 3, 2006 I highly doubt any decision has been made about his future yet. 549446[/snapback] And even if it had, that site would definately not be the first to break the news....

If anything MM is gone as well as Donahoe. What about CLEMENTS? hmmmm.
bobblehead Posted January 3, 2006 Posted January 3, 2006 Hey look, it's the website that gives people seizures!
booya2 Posted January 3, 2006 Posted January 3, 2006 Clearly a site with subtantial credibility.... But in all honesty, if it's true Donahoe is going to be let go, there is no way we can know the future of Mularkey at this point without a GM in place.

Just Jack Posted January 3, 2006 Posted January 3, 2006 But what about his Mock Draft info? Did you scroll down and see his Bills pick? "8. Buffalo Bills - OT D'Brickshaw Ferguson (Virginia)...Almost a no-brainer!...the Bills are glad that Ferguson has fell in their laps."

FOX SPORTS LINKY Buffalo at New York Jets: It sounds like Bills coach Mike Mularkey is safe but that GM Tom Donahoe is not. There has even been speculation that owner Ralph Wilson might hire former coach Marv Levy to help with personnel or even serve as general manager. Jets coach Herm Edwards would like a contract raise, but that sounds like a longshot.
apuszczalowski Posted January 3, 2006 Posted January 3, 2006 I can't see a new GM (except if its Modrak) wanting to keep Mularky around unless it is made a requirement by Ralph when hiring this person. I think with decent co-ordinators around him I would be willing to maybe give him another year, but I just don't see him being successful, he just cannot control his team. A good coach would have told his vets that he runs the team, not them and continued with his plans, not changing them to make the vets happy. I just don't see him having the fire in him to be a good coach.
