dave mcbride Posted January 2, 2006 Share Posted January 2, 2006 i know he has a crippling cap number next year, but over the past 3 weeks he was hands down, without question, the best player on the offense. do you let your best player walk if you've got squat to replace him with? josh reed, even if the bills want to keep him, won't come back -- i'm sure he knows he needs a fresh start elsewhere. parrish is way too small. they have no credible tight end. all they have is evans in the passing game, and the guys who will be throwing to him define mediocre. I'm guessing he expressed his concern over the clusterfug that the Bills have become. I think Ralphy agreed and told him there would be a house cleaning at the end of the season. Moulds has shown that he can play as long as the QB gets him the ball. The Bills aren't exactly cap-strapped this season.... they need to find a way to keep Moulds around. maverick544 Posted January 2, 2006 Share Posted January 2, 2006 Moulds has a 75% chance of staying, he likes Buffalo and loves its fan. He's been through thick and thin. JP will be back next year, but I doubt as a starter, Kelly will be back as well but I also think Buffalo will dip in the pocket book for a decent QB and maybe another DT to help with the rush D. Buffalo needs atlest 2 more decent OL's to really get WIllis some running room, I really think he is the hart of the Offense along with Evans and moulds. Perhaps if the new GM thought Moulds would be good for a few years he might sign him to an extension with incentives for playing time and scores but low salaries converting part of next years salary into guarenteed money.
