syhuang
Your whole basis is completly flawed... As of right now, our SOS is around .500 and stl is around .480. Those are the numbers. The STL game MATTERS. (assuming one believes gaining an extra draft spot matters...) 547268 This is correct, STL game matters. Bills schedule: Houston 2-13 ( at. SF) Tampa Bay 11-5 Atlanta 8-8 New Orleans 3-13 Miami 9-7 NY Jets 4-12 Oakland 4-12 New England 10-6 Kansas City 10-6 San Diego 9-7 Carolina 11-5 Miami 9-7 New England 10-6 Denver 13-3 Cincinnati 11-5 NY Jets 4-12 SOS: 128-127 pending on SF-Hou game outcome, the final SOS can be 128-128 or 129-127 ========================= Rams schedule: San Francisco 3-12 (vs. Hou) Arizona 5-11 Tennessee 4-11 (at Jac) NY Giants 11-5 Seattle 13-3 Indianapolis 14-2 New Orleans 3-13 Jacksonville 11-4 (vs. Ten) Seattle 13-3 Arizona 5-11 Houston 2-13 (at SF) Washington 9-6 (at Phi) Minnesota 8-7 (vs. Chi) Philadelphia 6-9 (vs. Wash) San Francisco 3-12 (at SF) Dallas 9-6 (at Dal) SOS: 119-128 Because several of Rams' opponents face each other in the afternoon, Rams SOS is actually 122-131 and can be 122-134 to 125-131. In other words, Rams' SOS will be weaker than Bills' and draft before Bills in they have same records.

dapimp1213
I have slightly different numbers for the SOS between Arizona and Buffalo. Assuming that Houston wins, and Tennessee loses, the only way we could be in a tie with Arizona is if St. Louis beats Dallas. Here's what I have, and I definitely could be wrong because I did it real quick. Buffalo Houston 3-13 Tampa 11-5 Atlanta 8-8 New Orleans 3-13 Miami 9-7 NY Jets 4-12 Oakland 4-12 New England 10-6 Kansas City 10-6 San Diego 9-7 Carolina 11-5 Miami 9-7 New England 10-6 Denver 13-3 Cincinnati 11-5 NY Jets 4-12 Totals 129 Wins Arizona NY GIANTS 11-5 ST LOUIS 5-10* Seattle 13-3 San Fran 3-13 Carolina 11-5 Tennessee 4-12 Dalllas 9-6* Seattle 13-3 Detroit 5-11 St Louis 5-10* Jacksonville 12-4 San Fran 3-13 Washington 9-7 Houston 3-13 Philadelphia 7-9 Indianapolis 14-2 Totals 127 wins: If St Loouis Wins 129 Wins, If Dallas Wins 128 Wins So the only way we could get even with Arizona is if the Rams beat Dallas in which case we would coin flip for the 8th pick I think,
JDG
My was was easier. Wrong, but easier. 547363 No worries, mate. It was a good attempt. I've actually done this the last 2-3 weeks, and was really surprised to see how much they completely changed from week to week. Next year, I'll know better that SOS numbers before the last week of the season are almost absolutely meaningless. JDG
