OnTheRocks Posted December 27, 2005 Share Posted December 27, 2005 The Rams have been eliminated from the playoff hunt for a few weeks yet this is what their starting RB went through on Saturday: RB Steven Jackson - STL Jackson fought through his sore hip (which had to be deadened with a shot before the game) and a viral illness to play on Saturday. Said coach Vitt "He was in the hospital with strep throat, throwing up - stomach virus.
