Buffan00 Posted December 24, 2005 Posted December 24, 2005 Kelly to start next season?? No way is he planning that! That is year 2 in JP's development and he would be crazy to start him! (If he is even here) 541502 WOW! Everything going the BILLS way today!!!!!!!!!
dave mcbride Posted December 24, 2005 Posted December 24, 2005 You're joking right? How can you throw a ball to the 5 when you need 10 when there are are two people ON moulds? Please. Bennie sucks, yes. His penalty was dumb, yes. But Holcombe has no balls, not guts. And worse, he doesn't seem to have an understanding of where the sticks are on 3rd down. 541503 the play was designed to go to mark campbell on a corner route (according to avp, who knows more than all of us). he was double covered. basically, marvin lewis made a good defensive call, and the bills' guys in the end zone were covered. take the 3 and don't risk the int.
Risin Posted December 24, 2005 Posted December 24, 2005 That is what happens when a rag arm throws into double coverage.

But he does it seemingly EVERY third down. He has no game sense.
Risin Posted December 24, 2005 Posted December 24, 2005 p.s. see what happens when you get too aggressive and throw it into triple coverage? 541511 *Correction* When a no-talent hack throws into double coverage.
Stl Bills Posted December 24, 2005 Posted December 24, 2005 Can't watch the game, seems like Nate is covering CJ so far. Hows that matchup look so far, I know its early.
CosmicBills Posted December 24, 2005 Posted December 24, 2005 p.s. see what happens when you get too aggressive and throw it into triple coverage? 541511 I would rather have a QB that takes risks than have one who plays it safe despite the situation. Also, if Holcomb had a real arm, he might have hit that throw....too bad he has no zip.

He has no game sense. 541512 you have to judge each play on its own. he made the right decision on *that* play. if the bills were down by 4 and it was 4th down with 2 seconds to go, of course it would have been a horrible play.
Stl Bills Posted December 24, 2005 Posted December 24, 2005 Looks like they are giving Nate help over the top. What else is knew, the "best corner in the league" shouldn't need safety help on every down.

He gave Moulds NO chance to make a play. He would have been better served running it. There were lanes. Not that Holcomb can run, but why risk a throw that will get you nothing when you can run? It was a bad decision. A gutless decsion...and not the first one he has made.
CosmicBills Posted December 24, 2005 Posted December 24, 2005 Love the rollercoaster. 541522 It passes the time.
Alaska Darin Posted December 24, 2005 Posted December 24, 2005 Perhaps it's because our fat offensive linemen can't get leverage and our "best running back in the NFL" either trips over his feet or runs without vision.
Ruffalo1 Posted December 24, 2005 Posted December 24, 2005 I TIVO'd those two Bengal's fans just shown on the TV. Their backs said Takeo Blows!!! F-Them!!!
Stl Bills Posted December 24, 2005 Posted December 24, 2005 12 yard run by willis with no holding penalty, no way!
Risin Posted December 24, 2005 Posted December 24, 2005 This Bengal D is either having an off day, or is piss poor. Can't see them doing anything in the playoffs. They could use Takeo.
