stuckincincy Posted December 22, 2005 Posted December 22, 2005 The last time Holcomb with the Brownies faced the B'gals (Nov 28, 2004), it was a classic barn-burner. KH was 30 of 39 for 413 yards, 5 td's, 2 picks, and a 128.5 rating, in a 58 - 48 loss. http://www.nfl.com/gamecenter/gamebook/NFL_20041128_CLE@CIN

stuckincincy Posted December 22, 2005 Author Posted December 22, 2005 19-26 for 109, 0 TD, 0 INT this saturday 540097 Who knows? But that was one heck of a game KH had. I probably jumped up 20 times watching it, and paced a 1/4 mile!
2003Contenders Posted December 22, 2005 Posted December 22, 2005 Two things: 1. Even with such a great stat line, the Browns STILL lost that game. 2. These aren't the same Bengals.
buffalo mike2 Posted December 22, 2005 Posted December 22, 2005 Two things: 1. Even with such a great stat line, the Browns STILL lost that game. 2. These aren't the same Bengals. 540103 This isn't the same Holcomb.
stuckincincy Posted December 22, 2005 Author Posted December 22, 2005 Even two days before Christmas, optimism can't catch a lick...
Alaska Darin Posted December 22, 2005 Posted December 22, 2005 Two things: 1. Even with such a great stat line, the Browns STILL lost that game. Feel free to name 2 players on that offense that would start in Buffalo THIS season. 2. These aren't the same Bengals. 540103 So? Games aren't played on paper.
JimBob2232 Posted December 23, 2005 Posted December 23, 2005 Feel free to name 2 players on that offense that would start in Buffalo THIS season. Do Kelly Holcomb and Mark Campbell count
Alaska Darin Posted December 23, 2005 Posted December 23, 2005 Do Kelly Holcomb and Mark Campbell count 540585 Campbell was in Buffalo in 2004, smart ass.
Adam Posted December 23, 2005 Posted December 23, 2005 The good/bad thing about Holcomb is that he's the type of guy who will make the sum of your parts=the sum of your parts. He's not a great QB who will go out and win you games, but more often than not, he won't lose them either. He's a gutsy kid too.
JimBob2232 Posted December 23, 2005 Posted December 23, 2005 Campbell was in Buffalo in 2004, smart ass. tongue.gif I know...had to try though..it was too good to let go.
stuckincincy Posted December 23, 2005 Author Posted December 23, 2005 Feel free to name 2 players on that offense that would start in Buffalo THIS season. 540146 Probably C Fain and TE Heiden, and possibly WR Northcutt and RB Suggs. I think everybody else is looonng gone after Crennel's housecleaning.
