I am glad to hear, according to the game announcers, that "the Bills are heading in the right direction." They must know something no Bills has any inkling of.

What I am really curious about is what the "wrong direction" would possibly be.

Typical know-it-all announcers who don't have a clue about what they are talking about.

And they made sure to say that throughout the game.

My wife, who is no football fan to speak of, noticed that they said that and asked me if I agreed with them. The only thing I could think of saying was, "That depends on what direction you think is the right direction. If you think the right direction is backwards, then sure, they're well on their way."

It's called "talking up a bad team to keep people from watching something else."

I agree with duey. How would you like to have the unenviable job of talking up your prime time game and keep your viewers tuned in with the crap product TD & MM puts on the field.

I would've watched a bit more if they had been honest instead. "You know, these Bills are the worst team I've seen in a long time. Oh, look! [chuckles] There they blow again."
