the general rule of thumb is that a pick next year is worth 1 round less this year.

 

ie - a 3rd rounder in 2007 is worth a 4th rounder in this years draft...

In theory, if Buffalo had the sixth overall pick, and had a willing partner, they could trade down to the thirteenth spot and pick up a second round choice.

and that wouldnt be a bad idea for a team that has lots of holes.everybody is gonna want the glamor picks 1-10 anyway.all the rb's and wr's and qb's.a 13th picl left tackle sounds about right.the only way i'd keep a 6th pick if it was for a monster left defensive end or a killer defensive tackle or a good cornerback.this team has the skill positions basically filled.we just need the lines now.go bills in'06
