billsfanone Posted December 14, 2005 Posted December 14, 2005 Got this from a friend: I heard from my cousin who is an usher at the Ralph, he was told that beer won't be sold this Saturday at the game! I'm trying to confirm this, I haven't seen it posted anywhere so I think the Bills are keeping it quiet. I can't access the message boards, would somebody mind posting this on stadium wall? I want to get this confirmed and let people know. If it's true, then this game is gonna suck even more!!!! [

The coaches will have their usual game-time keg, though.
Fezmid Posted December 14, 2005 Posted December 14, 2005 Why would they not sell beer and lose a ton of money? There'll be beer...
sfladave Posted December 14, 2005 Posted December 14, 2005 If this is true OBD is going out of there way to assure the misery on the field is equaled to the misery in the stands. No doubt a ploy by Donohoe to put the squeeze to the "jerks" who want him run out of town. On a side note, at last weeks game I saw a few people who might benefit from the lack of alcohol sales. They may have been able to hold their heads up to actually watch the game.
VABills Posted December 14, 2005 Posted December 14, 2005 I believe the Bills have either stop selling beer at halftime for all nightgames, or not sold it at all. This is not different then any other night game.

Those plays could definitely not have been concocted without a 1.75 of Old Granddad.

If not, i don't even think i will go into the stadium - no point! Please someone find this out.
Chalkie Gerzowski Posted December 14, 2005 Posted December 14, 2005 Sell tix and then watch the game in the parking lot......and drink, drink, drink!
sfladave Posted December 14, 2005 Posted December 14, 2005 Sell tix and then watch the game in the parking lot......and drink, drink, drink! 532182 Maybe you can get 12 pack for your tickets in the stadium parking lot...LOL
dib Posted December 14, 2005 Posted December 14, 2005 I'm thinking after this season maybe Kool-Aid would be a better choiuce.
Chalkie Gerzowski Posted December 14, 2005 Posted December 14, 2005 Maybe you can get 12 pack for your tickets in the stadium parking lot...LOL 532186 nice case of Sam Adams Pale ale for two tix in the Saturday Evening PukeDome.
Lori Posted December 15, 2005 Posted December 15, 2005 I haven't bought a beer inside the Stadium for years. At those prices,I likely never will again... 532583 Likewise. Plenty in the coolers in Lot 1 beforehand... and if the next game is anything like the last one, we may need a few after, as well...
billsfanmiami(oh) Posted December 15, 2005 Posted December 15, 2005 There better be or else I might be heading back out to the parking lot. I don't think I can stand to watch this team sober....
R. Rich Posted December 15, 2005 Posted December 15, 2005 Likewise. Plenty in the coolers in Lot 1 beforehand... and if the next game is anything like the last one, we may need a few after, as well... 532659 No problem. I'll even bring some beer (Mmmm.............beeeeeeeeeeeeer!!) this time.
Adam Posted December 15, 2005 Posted December 15, 2005 I think if people want to got o a football game, they can go 3 hours w/out a beer
billsfanmiami(oh) Posted December 15, 2005 Posted December 15, 2005 Problem is, I woudn't consider the recent efforts or the likely one on Sat night as "football games."
HurlyBurly51 Posted December 15, 2005 Posted December 15, 2005 I think if people want to got o a football game, they can go 3 hours w/out a beer 532688 Screw that! Going to a football game goes hand in hand with drinking beer This season and this team only magnifies that
Crap Throwing Monkey Posted December 15, 2005 Posted December 15, 2005 I think if people want to got o a football game, they can go 3 hours w/out a beer 532688 Maybe a football game. But a Bills game...I don't know. I'd hate to be forced to watch one sober.
