Guest BackInDaDay Posted December 12, 2005 Posted December 12, 2005 Not worried. Here is the competion: K.C. -- decent team, good attendance -- the only team I could see as being more attractive. Ravens -- the offense is fixable with a new QB -- but Billick won't get canned Raiders -- the only guy Al Davis could to take the team two years ago The Vikes are still a mess, plus Tice just may owe his life to Brad Johnson Saints -- same story every year, and Haslett always survives -- but this is a team with a home, seemingly destined to relocate and bound to be a mess for a while Texans -- good city to be in, but the whole roster needs to be scrapped. 529402 Possibly the Titans, too. I don't think Ralph will make any changes, but if we were to start fresh with a new GM and HC, I'd like to see Jeff Fischer here. Mark VI mentioned his name last week, and the more I think about it, the more I like it. Experienced, straight-shooter, great defensive mind, has much of the personnel already on the roster to run the hybrid-46 that his pupil Williams tried to install. ...
OnTheRocks Posted December 12, 2005 Posted December 12, 2005 Raiders -- the only guy Al Davis could to take the team two years ago speaking of the Raiders...I wouldn't hesitate to take Norv Turner as an offensive coordinator.
obie_wan Posted December 12, 2005 Posted December 12, 2005 I'd love to have hime, but he has everything going for him in Iowa -- he has no rea$on to leave. 529347 the biggest reason he has not left Iowa to coach in the NFL is graduating this year. He should at the top of a short list of candidates. At least he knows what an OL is.
bills_fan Posted December 12, 2005 Posted December 12, 2005 If Jeff Fisher was ever available, I'd hope Ralph recruited him college style to take the job. He's a terrific HC and I'd love to have him in Buffalo.
