We need a new GM and coaching staff. We need these guys to be as tough as Parcells is. Hell, I would be happy to have some of his assistants. Anybody notice the jobs Weis and Bellichek are doing? The GM and coach would have to strip the team down to almost nothing a la an expansion team. Face it not many free agents are going to be thrilled playing here under the current regime and conditions for any amount of money. The Panthers, Bears, Cowboys, Pats from 2000-2001, and countless others have rebuilt relativly quickly.
