He made the bad hiring decisions - period. Sadly, the Bills fans have subsidized some real turkeys. I can hear Donahoe at his farewell ripping into the fans as he did a couple years ago. After all, it is the critics who destroyed the Bills, not the arrogant SOB GM.

The whole reason Donahoe is going is because of his coaching decisions.
