Mark VI Posted December 18, 2005 Posted December 18, 2005 Since you posted after the first half of last weeks game, here's an update 7 days later in a key divisional game. Halftime - Washington-28 Dallas-0 Quick, circle the wagons ! Blame the D, the stupid HC ( Parcells ), the OL, the WR's, the RB's, the weather... Gregg Williams is having a ball...
BuffOrange Posted December 18, 2005 Posted December 18, 2005 HAHAHAHAHAHA I've been touting them as underrated since September, but I figured the Redskins would be pissed after listening to all the crap for 3 months about how they were "lucky" to win in Dallas. If it wasn't for a BS call in Tampa they'd be in great position to win the division right now. I really hope the Giants choke in Oakland and they pull it off.
AJ1 Posted December 18, 2005 Posted December 18, 2005 Gregg Williams is having a ball... 536155 Right he has to be the world's 2nd leading expert on what DB can and cannot do. 1st = Bilichick 3rd = 90% of Bills fans
Tarrytown Posted December 18, 2005 Posted December 18, 2005 'Boys are down by 28 at the half and Fox is calling for a new quarterback in Dallas. Nuf Said.
Pete Posted December 18, 2005 Posted December 18, 2005 A late season game with playoff implications- how do you think Drew played today?
ajzepp Posted December 18, 2005 Posted December 18, 2005 Okay, I'll indulge myself in another Bledsoe bashing endeavor......not much else to do right now anyway.... The thing is, it was a foredrawn conclusion from like week 3 that Drew would crap out at some point. There is enough evidence over his career to figure that the guy wasn't going to end up THAT much better than what he's done statistically every year since '93. If he was in the stratosphere in the beginning of the year, it was only common sense that he'd crap the bed at some point later in the year. To me, drew personifies the house edge in a casino. You may win a TON of money one day, but sooner or later the house edge brings you right back to not just even money, but to where you're in the hole. That's just how Drew is....

Nuf Said. 536174 Too bad--Drew is one of the few nice guys around.-But realistically--Dallas is a couple of lucky plays away from being 6-8---with a much better O-line and a much better coach than we have. I honestly think the Bills would be about 6-8 or even 7-7 with Drew still here...but people would still be hollering...--then in 2006-- we would be in the same shape as we are now after breaking in JP after giving the heave ho to Drew. So I think we made the right move by getting rid of Drew . Go Drew!! --I hope the Boys make the playoffs--especially so little Danny doesnt get in;)
Alaska Darin Posted December 18, 2005 Posted December 18, 2005 Drew is tough as nails and absorbing a beating today. That said, I'm pretty much the least surprised guy in the world that he's been awful in this one.

Well yes, Drew is taking his lumps today. In the meantime, almost 2 seasons, a 2nd, a 5th, and 7 spots in the 1st round later, JP is NOT looking good Bro. Yes, it was probably good for the Bills to part ways with Drew. It was mutually beneficial, whereas Drew might be dead with our sub-par team. That said, JP WAS making some progress. Last week, he looked as if he will have to improve to be a pimple on Drew's ass. I guess what I am trying to say is that things are not looking so well right now from Dallas to Buffalo; can you feel it?

Hacking on Drew is a very small consolation for me....honest But, after all, Dallas is HIS team.....so I can't help but be interested to see how he does with that. JP has shown flashes of brilliance and he's crapped the bed. I think that's pretty expected for a guy with only 7 or 8 starts.....but we'll see.

Drew has had a decade and is pretty much as predictible as Panamanian weather.
ajzepp Posted December 18, 2005 Posted December 18, 2005 Stop being so candid and making so much sense, OK? 536206 lol.....
EC-Bills Posted December 18, 2005 Posted December 18, 2005 I don't mean to start a theological debate but the Pope may dispute that statement, as Catholics don't believe in "protection" 528308

There is no doubt about it......a day is not a day without at least one obscure analogy/reference from AD to brighten it

Now, would you be kind/daring enough to make a prediction as to how much success JP will have in the National Football League? I for one would love to hear it!

MadBuffaloDisease Posted December 18, 2005 Posted December 18, 2005 Even IF Drew takes the Cowboys to the playoffs this year, or more precisely, the Cowboys as a TEAM (since Bledsoe has lost as many games as he's won), does anyone think he'll ever take them to a SB? His time has passed in the NFL.
