Seriously though, whatever is going on between the Head Coach and Moulds may be about to blow up in Mularkey's face. I can't believe that the end result of all this is a meeting between Ralph and Moulds. Can you imagine? Ralph may just ask Moulds what the hell is wrong with the team, and Moulds is gonna tell him that Mularkey's play-calling is ridiculous, that the vets have no faith in their coach, etc. This can't be the scenario Mularkey envisioned when he decided to confront Moulds - Moulds getting a private meeting with Ralph to air his grievances.

Stay tuned.

I have quietly been hoping MM would get a handle on the head coaching position, but this is a sign that he has completely lost control of this team.

Whatever has happened between the two should have been kept in-house, now we will have a meeting between a longtime fan favorite and the owner, as it was said earlier, Moulds will let Ralph know that there is no respect for MM in the locker room, and that the players arent buying MM and possibly TD's crap. Hopefully EM will offer up a sucinct, reasonable explanation for his actions and also offer a clear view of the players take on the current status of the team.

Other threads have talked about how the Bills are being perceived as a weak orginization, with TD viewed as a pompous know-it-all. If this meeting comes off as scheduled, it may actually wake Mr. Wilson up to the realities that are present at OBD.
