His positive/negative play ratio is as good as any corner's in the league, but it doesn't mean squat if we don't add another good Tackle on both sides of the ball. He's the kind of player you really want on your team, but we have other priorities to deal with first. 520818[/snapback] I think the CB is an impact position. I believe only QBs average more money. That being said, if I were the Bills GM I would have a hard time justifying making Clements a top 5 corner in pay, much less the top paid corner. What makes this such a hard decision is do we have someone capable to replace him? Greer and King have shown some flashes, but Clements is still much better. Do we spend the money to retain status quo or can the money be better spent on OL and DL free agents? I think we need to need to see were we stand with the new CBA before making any decisions.
