cåblelady Posted November 28, 2005 Posted November 28, 2005 that allowed Carolina to get the TD instead of having to go for a FG? We never even saw a flag thrown.
IBTG81 Posted November 28, 2005 Posted November 28, 2005 that allowed Carolina to get the TD instead of having to go for a FG? We never even saw a flag thrown. 513823 Mr. Crowell...
X. Benedict Posted November 28, 2005 Posted November 28, 2005 Mr. Crowell... 513832 Wasn't that an Ozzy Osbourne song?
MadBuffaloDisease Posted November 28, 2005 Posted November 28, 2005 It was a HORRIBLE incidental face mask that they called flagrant.
Dwight Drane Posted November 28, 2005 Posted November 28, 2005 What did he do ?? 513837 facemask, I heard.
theNose76 Posted November 28, 2005 Posted November 28, 2005 It was a HORRIBLE incidental face mask that they called flagrant. 513840 Agreed. If at all, its a 5 yarder. Although it should have been nothing, like you said, since it was incidental.
Buffaloed in Pa Posted November 28, 2005 Posted November 28, 2005 that allowed Carolina to get the TD instead of having to go for a FG? We never even saw a flag thrown. 513823 crowell grabbed the facemask of the receiver in the middle of the endzone.Clear as the nose on your face.
cåblelady Posted November 28, 2005 Author Posted November 28, 2005 Agreed. If at all, its a 5 yarder. Although it should have been nothing, like you said, since it was incidental. 513844 Damn.
MadBuffaloDisease Posted November 28, 2005 Posted November 28, 2005 Agreed. If at all, its a 5 yarder. Although it should have been nothing, like you said, since it was incidental. No, it should have been a foul since he touched the facemask, just not a 15 yarder with gives an automatic 1st down.

X. Benedict Posted November 28, 2005 Posted November 28, 2005 That would have made a 1st anyway.....I think. Weren't they 3rd and 4 at that point? 513849 Halfway to the goaline in that instance, isn't it? (if it was incidental)
MadBuffaloDisease Posted November 28, 2005 Posted November 28, 2005 Halfway to the goaline in that instance, isn't it? (if it was incidental) Yeah, half the distance to the GL. But then again, the Bills DID get away with Parrish fumbling away the opening kickoff of the 2nd half, on a drive in which the Bills went up 9-6.
cåblelady Posted November 28, 2005 Author Posted November 28, 2005 Halfway to the goaline in that instance, isn't it? (if it was incidental) 513850 I can't remember what yardline they were on. (I was in the tunnel endzone). I was just SO sure we were going to hold them to a FG attempt. When I saw the ref signal I thought we had taken a TO for some reason. Like I say....we never saw a flag thrown.
