mead107 Posted November 27, 2005 Posted November 27, 2005 told he would not start , so he did not show up today
Fezmid Posted November 27, 2005 Posted November 27, 2005 No, he was told he wouldn't play, so he went home. Big difference (unless Fox reported it wrong this morning) CW
Fixxxer Posted November 27, 2005 Posted November 27, 2005 That's a team playa for you. One thing is to turn your back on your coach but your teammates?
Spiderweb Posted November 27, 2005 Posted November 27, 2005 will he get fined by the team?? 513595 Fined? Might get suspended..... However, maybe he was told he'd be "inactive"...
Frez Posted November 27, 2005 Posted November 27, 2005 Wow, sounds like a real mess. Hope Mike Mularkey deals with it and this team can get over him. Bye Bye Sam
Tcali Posted November 27, 2005 Posted November 27, 2005 Wow, sounds like a real mess. Hope Mike Mularkey deals with it and this team can get over him. Bye Bye Sam 513615 best way to help your d-line--get rid of your best player
d_wag Posted November 27, 2005 Posted November 27, 2005 sam wanted to play, mularkey wouldn't let him........can't blame him for taking off after all the garbage he has put up with.......not the way to treat one of your better vets.......
Tcali Posted November 27, 2005 Posted November 27, 2005 Wow, sounds like a real mess. Hope Mike Mularkey deals with it and this team can get over him. Bye Bye Sam 513615 maybe this team needs to have some turmoil-- and stop playing like roadpussies
Frez Posted November 27, 2005 Posted November 27, 2005 maybe this team needs to have some turmoil-- and stop playing like roadpussies 513621 They were home pussies today.
Rico Posted November 27, 2005 Posted November 27, 2005 Bad form on Sam's part... at least Ruben didn't quit until the last game.
NavyBillsFan Posted November 27, 2005 Posted November 27, 2005 Hold on, They said on DTV that MM told Adams that they had a better chance to win without him today
BILLS4LIFE Posted November 28, 2005 Posted November 28, 2005 sam wanted to play, mularkey wouldn't let him........can't blame him for taking off after all the garbage he has put up with.......not the way to treat one of your better vets....... 513617 Like Navy said,MM told Adams that they had a better chance to win without him today. What a bunch of BS!!! I hope Sam sticks it to MM!
MDH Posted November 28, 2005 Posted November 28, 2005 Like Navy said,MM told Adams that they had a better chance to win without him today. What a bunch of BS!!! I hope Sam sticks it to MM! 514092 Without Sam the D played one of its better games against the run. Sam is a one gap guy that gets out of position all the time...not having him in there didn't hurt the D much, if any.
Steven in MD Posted November 28, 2005 Posted November 28, 2005 Hold on, They said on DTV that MM told Adams that they had a better chance to win without him today 513639 If that is true, I would hope Sam would ask to be inactive the rest of the season and get his release at the end of the season. Shows the lack of class of MM and how to treat players. The thing that I miss the most about the Bills is the class they had in the 90's with Marv. Somehow Marv was able to keep it in the locker room. Does this team just lack leadership?
dib Posted November 28, 2005 Posted November 28, 2005 told he would not start , so he did not show up today 513588 My son put it into perspective (as we were watching the game) "You mean he's getting paid for doing the same thing we're doing."
