Spun Posted November 23, 2005 Posted November 23, 2005 SD UT columnist Jerry Magee has been around a while. He has actually written some flattering articles about the Bills in the past. He has also had some interesting takes of the old AFL. Every team has it's peaks and valleys. I just thought that last year was the beginning of an ascent not a mini-peak. I saw some people still wearing their Bills hats around San Diego over the last two days! I raise my glass to the die hards! The article (November 21, 2005): http://www.signonsandiego.com/uniontrib/20..._1s21bills.html

"Ever get in a fight and get busted in the nose?" he asked his audience of media representatives. "I have. You have to get back up." When I heard him say that in the press conference it didn't have as much impact. Probably because it sounded like my sister was saying it.
dib Posted November 23, 2005 Posted November 23, 2005 They may no longer represent excitement but they do represent excrement.
smokinandjokin Posted November 23, 2005 Posted November 23, 2005 I don't know why, but every Sunday around 12:30pm I still get very excited. Last week that excitement deteriorated around 1:09 Pacific time.
