Mark VI Posted November 22, 2005 Posted November 22, 2005 Multiple people could post their choices and all would probably make sense. TD, of course, will select a TE/Long Snapper with an eye patch and a prosthesis.
Buffalo_Stampede Posted November 22, 2005 Posted November 22, 2005 so seriously, who are we going to pick? 509883 I know people will hate it, but Who are our WR's next year? Evans and Parrish? No Way. I really like WR Santonio Holmes. Ide rather get big guy on the DL through FA and OL in the 2nd-5th rounds.
Koobie Posted November 22, 2005 Posted November 22, 2005 How about Tackle D'Brickashaw Ferguson-Virginia or Tackle Winston Justice-USC?
CajunBillsBacker Posted November 22, 2005 Posted November 22, 2005 I know people will hate it, but Who are our WR's next year? Evans and Parrish? No Way.I really like WR Santonio Holmes. 509888 Another WR under 6'0?
CajunBillsBacker Posted November 22, 2005 Posted November 22, 2005 How about Tackle D'Brickashaw Ferguson-Virginia or Tackle Winston Justice-USC? 509896 I'd be happy with either one of those guys
Buffalo_Stampede Posted November 22, 2005 Posted November 22, 2005 Another WR under 6'0? 509897 Ide take another Lee Evans. The best WR in the game this year is 5'8. If you want a big guy, Maurice Stovall might be available in the 2nd.
Koobie Posted November 22, 2005 Posted November 22, 2005 Why are we talking about wide receivers? The Bills need OL and DL more than anything. A pass rushing DE like Mathias Kiwanuka out of B.C. would be nice.
scribo Posted November 22, 2005 Posted November 22, 2005 How about Tackle D'Brickashaw Ferguson-Virginia or Tackle Winston Justice-USC? 509896 D'Brickashaw Ferguson is going to be a bust, I am sure of it. I REALLY hope the Bills stay away from him. So, I'd rather see the team address the o-line the second. Instead, I'd love to see our new GM select: Haloti Ngata. At 6'5" and 345lbs, Ngata is a hard-nosed monster. He punishes o-lineman and backs. Although a junior, it seems pretty certain he's going to come out. Despite getting double teamed just about every play, he has 54 tackles, including nine tackles for loss and three sacks this season. He has batted down five passes, forced and recovered a fumble, blocked two kicks and recorded a safety. I see DT as our biggest need for the draft, so this is the guy.
Pine Barrens Mafia Posted November 22, 2005 Posted November 22, 2005 whoever he is, he will probably suck. 509920 truer words have never been spoken.
Mark VI Posted November 22, 2005 Posted November 22, 2005 http://www.footballsfuture.com/2006/prospe...loti_ngata.html
Beerball Posted November 22, 2005 Posted November 22, 2005 Multiple people could post their choices and all would probably make sense. TD, of course, will select a TE/Long Snapper with an eye patch and a prosthesis. 509886 Is the prosthesis the strap on kind?
SHOUTBOX MONSTER! Posted November 22, 2005 Posted November 22, 2005 it seems pretty certain he's going to come out. 509914 This could be devastating for locker room chemistry. Seriously, I'm all for D'Brickashaw Ferguson if he's available when we pick. Many mocks have him going top five next year. Even with our current situation, I don't see us picking that high, so if we somehow land him, I'll be content.
Mark VI Posted November 22, 2005 Posted November 22, 2005 Does anyone else see a DL/OL from Texas and instantly think " Dear God..No ! "
buckeyebrian Posted November 22, 2005 Posted November 22, 2005 so seriously, who are we going to pick? 509883 Mike Kudla - DL from Ohio State is a road-grader. Bench presses 615 lbs. Has a great push, doesn't take any plays off and has the speed to catch a running back on a sweep.
seq004 Posted November 22, 2005 Posted November 22, 2005 Probably a CB to replace Nate Clements. 509887 If the Bills take a corner instead of a defensive or offensive lineman with their first pick they will burn down TD's office and I'll strike the first match.
ch19079 Posted November 22, 2005 Posted November 22, 2005 TE Marcedes Lewis, UCLA widely accepted as the best TE in the nation. 6-6, 256 http://uclabruins.collegesports.com/sports...marcedes00.html i think we should get 2 very good FA O-Lineman, and a run stopping beast DT. and with the 2nd round pick, select a DT.
