This woman was setting herself up to look homeless and collecting hundred each day. Then I did a quick and dirty calculation and figured if a dollar was his average donation, the guy was probably pulling down about $40/hr...basically, making more than I did, and tax-free. That was the last time I gave a panhandler money.
